Norm received 20 lending awards when working with ANZ Mobile Lending. Norm has worked in residential, business, commercial and corporate finance and investment in Australia, Asia, and the U.S. and returned to Perth in March 2020. As a keen property investor Norm can speak with direct experience.
Norm’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (International) (UWA), Master of Management Research (UWA), Diploma of Financial Services, Diploma of Financial Planning (including advice in Managed Investments, Superannuation and SMSF), and a Diploma in Company Directorship. Norm is also a MFAA Certified Mentor™.

When not working Norm enjoys family time, boating, game fishing, scuba diving, BBQ and collecting Australian wine.
Michele Jurak
Since 2004 Michele has provided a professional service to give you a clear understanding for your home and investment borrowing. Whether you are purchasing, looking to renovate a home, re-finance an existing mortgage, or constructing your dream home, Michele will find the most suitable mortgage product for your circumstance.
Michele has owned several other finance businesses before joining Resolve Finance. In addition to her finance experience, Michele’s previous experience includes working in tax and property law, conveyancing, bookkeeping and business consulting. Michele’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business and Diploma of Finance.
Michele is also a keen property investor. Outside of work Michele enjoys the Ningaloo Reef, boating, bush walking and spending time with her family.
